Description:Glenrothes 25 Year Old Soleo is the expression from the Soleo collection with the longest maturing time, matured in ex-sherry casks from Jerez. This delightful dram, as with the others in the collection, is named after the sun-drying process used to make the sherry that was previously in the casks use to mature it. With a beautiful sherry finish, this release features tasting notes of tropical fruit leading into cedar wood, moving onto coriander seed, delicate violet flowers and a hint of salted caramel with a long sweet finish.
