Return Policy
Goods exchange
Only goods with obvious damages could be exchanged. Goods exchange refers to same item code. If the said item is out of stock, payment will be refunded. All goods will be checked carefully before dispatched. Le Bon reserves the right of any disputes.
1. Goods exchange is available within 1 day after receiving the goods.
2. Kindly contact customer services by WhatsApp. Further details see Goods exchange procedure below.
3. Any item being damaged or used are non-exchangeable.
4. Please keep all packing in good condition.
5. Each item could be exchanged once only.
Goods exchange exclusion
1. Goods received more than 1 day.
2. Item being damaged, used or related parts lost.
3. No packing.
4. Any damage caused by accidental or intentional misuse.
5. All gift.
6. Color discrepancy.
7. Personal reason.
8. Le Bon reserves the right of any disputes.
Goods exchange procedure
1. Kindly contact customer services by Whatsapp within 1 day after receiving the goods. Please provide your name, invoice number, item code, reason for exchange and related photo.
2. Our staff will send you a goods exchange form with an exchange code.
3. After final approval, kindly return the damaged item with invoice number and exchange code to us within 1 day.
4. These are the methods by returning
i. Return to Le Bon Warehouse by courier
Please provide track number after posting. We will be responsible for the delivery charges if such goods damage refers to our fault.
ii. Return to any of our physical shop to exchange directly.
5. Once the damaged good fulfills the exchange regulation, we will return a new good to you by SF Express as soon as possible and be responsible for the related delivery charges. However, if the damaged good does not fulfill the exchange regulation, we will return the said good to you by SF Express and you will be responsible for the related delivery charges.
6. Le Bon reserves the right of any disputes.
