Description:Distilled in 2008 in Trinidad, this Plantation rum underwent both tropical and continental maturation, having been matured in ex-bourbon casks in Trinidad and finished in France in Ferrand Cognac casks. The palate is zesty and fruity, with notes of orange, lemon tart, melted white chocolate, mango and cocoa, before developing nutmeg and oak spice in the finish.
