The mixer demonstrates aromas of thyme and fresh citrus with hints of rosemary. On the palate, it is delicate and floral, it has a soft bitterness of the quinine with a rounded elegance from the herbs and citrus. The highly carbonated tonic has small champagne-style bubbles, which help drinks hold their fizz for longer which means even more flavor.
