Delivery Area & Time

  • Le Bon International General Delivery Time: Monday to Friday ( Exclude Public Holidays).
  • A Signature is “always” required on delivery. If customers are not going to be at your residential, Le Bon International can arrange to delivery to your commercial address.
  • If the customer is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time or refused to sign for the delivery. Le Bon International has the right to refuse to deliver the parcel and charge an additional delivery fee for the next delivery.
  • Delivery service is limited Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories commercial and residential address only, Delivery is not available to outlying islands, restricted areas, hotel guest rooms, ports or marinas.
  • Delivery service is only available to the addresses with lift service. In the event of a lift breakdown, Le Bon International has the right to make arrangements to deliver the goods at another time.

 

Delivery General Guide

  • If your parcel clearly shows signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery. It should not be accepted and please return the goods to us.
  • If customers require any special services for your items, please include a note with your order so that we can accommodate you.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to notify Le Bon International immediately of any change to their delivery address.
  • Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon signal No.8 or above or a red rain warning or a black rain warning is hoisted. In this event, customers will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
