Of course, we start off with a cocktail that’s close to home, the Singapore Sling!

1. SINGAPORE SLING

45 ml Paper Lantern Gin

30ml  Benedictine

30ml  lime juice

15ml  cherry liqueur

15ml simple syrup

60ml club soda

Garnish: ​lemon slice and Maraschino Cherry

Glass Type: Hurricane glass or collins

2. SOUTHEAST ASIAN G&T

45ml Paper Lantern Gin

Tonic Water

2 Dashes Of Bitters

Around 2 inches knob of ginger

Lemongrass stalk

Glass Type: Collins Or Old Fashioned

3. SOUTHEAST ASIAN MARTINI

50ml Paper Lantern Gin

30ml mango liqueur

1 tbsp lime juice

1 tbsp simple syrup

Prosecco, to top up 

1 mango

Dash of vanilla extract

5. ASIA DAISY

60ml Paper Lantern Gin

25ml lychee liqueur

25ml simple Syrup

25ml chilled ginger ale

1 lime, quartered

Garnish: 1 fresh or canned lychee and 1 mint sprig
