30ml Benedictine
30ml lime juice
15ml cherry liqueur
15ml simple syrup
60ml club soda
Garnish: lemon slice and Maraschino Cherry

30ml Paper Lantern Gin
30ml vodka
15ml ginger syrup
Juice of 1/4 lime
15ml Thai iced tea (packed mix readily available at grocery)
guava juice
1 star anise
5. ASIA DAISY
60ml Paper Lantern Gin
25ml lychee liqueur
25ml simple Syrup
25ml chilled ginger ale
1 lime, quartered
Garnish: 1 fresh or canned lychee and 1 mint sprig
