Good toffee and hints of very wistful smoke. Chocolate, hints of grass and a good hit of malt. Finish:Floral, oaky, good length, urged on by a plume of very well-kept, highland style smoke. Dried fruit, spice, honey. Overall:One of the ultimate premium blends, Blue Label is a legend in its own right and will continue to be.
Description:Only 330 bottles have been produced of this incredible rare and exclusive bottling made in memory of the founder of Johnnie Walker, John Walker himself. The whisky, which follows the heritage of the Blue Label and the King George V, is crafted from specially selected casks to create a whisky as close to the nineteenth century style as possible. The decanter is presented in a lacquered cabinet that took sixty hours to make. This is the epitome of exclusivity.
